Getting Started – Pretend You are the Customer

Get familiar with your SalesRater Marketing System and be fully-prepared when opportunity presents itself! Try each of your toolkit’s functions as if you are the customer. By sitting in the customer’s seat, you get to experience first-hand everything your customer’s will experience, being better-able to answer questions should they arise.

Start with the most common sales & prospecting functions inside your mobile toolkit:

  • Photo Customer Review – Complete the customer survey, capture at least two photos, and then publish it your website.
  • Video Customer Review -Complete the customer survey, capture a brief video, and then publish it your website.
  • Simple Review – Rate your dealership 5 stars, and then leave your dealership a 5-star review in a third-party review network.
  • Send a Vehicle Brochure – Send yourself a vehicle brochure. Notice how it opens inside your website?
  • Video Message – Send yourself a video message. See how it plays on-top of any page in your website you choose? Imagine the possibilities…
  • Share Your Website – Share a link to your website via SMS and/or email using the Digital Business Card function.
  • Photo Blog Post –Create a photo blog post showcasing a new or preowned vehicle in your inventory. Publish it to your website, and then share it in social media.
  • Video Blog Posts – Create a video blog post doing a simple walkaround of a new or preowned vehicle in your inventory. Publish it to your website, and then share it in social media.
  • Content Library Post – Choose a pre-written, “ready to post” article from the content library. Publish it to your website, and then share it in social media.
